1. An enquiry is not a claim

An enquiry is a request to discuss a review. It does not authorise us to contact a society on your behalf, register works, change ownership shares, redirect payments or submit a claim.

2. Authority matters

Only submit artist information if you are the artist/rightsholder or have authority to represent them. Any subsequent action needs appropriate evidence and authority.

3. Public records have limits

Listings can be incomplete or relate to a different version, territory or person. An apparent gap is not proof of unpaid royalties. No entitlement, payment amount or recovery timetable is guaranteed.

4. Paid work needs a separate agreement

Our recovery fee is 20% of previously unpaid royalties actually recovered through our agreed work. If we don’t recover any money for you, you don’t pay. There is no upfront fee or charge for an unsuccessful review. Existing royalty income is outside this offer. No VAT is added. Scope, cancellation arrangements and any treatment of future income must be set out before engagement. This website does not take payments.

5. No private credentials

Do not send passwords, banking information or tax documents through the enquiry form. No document upload is enabled. Any later private export exchange requires an agreed secure process.

6. Online enquiries

Enquiries are securely stored and sent to our operator for manual review. We contact you by email. Submitting an enquiry does not contact a collecting society or authorise a claim or charge. Read our privacy notice.
