No. Public records can suggest leads, but private statements, rights evidence and the relevant society’s confirmation are needed to establish entitlement and amounts.

No. The public view may be incomplete, another version may be registered or collection may already be happening. It is a question to investigate, not a balance.

No. A production credit by itself does not establish an eligible performance. The actual contribution, rights and applicable society rules need checking.

Not necessarily. We may need an artist-authorised repertoire export to establish how the performer is linked to a particular recording.

Our recovery fee is 20% of previously unpaid royalties actually recovered through our agreed work: the 80/20 offer. If we don’t recover any money for you, you don’t pay. There is no upfront fee or charge for an unsuccessful review. No VAT is added. The recovery scope is agreed before engagement. The enquiry form does not authorise a charge.

No. This offer concerns previously unpaid money recovered through our agreed work, not a blanket share of your future royalties. Existing royalty income is outside the offer; the catalogue and recovery period are agreed in advance.

You can discuss the service, but submit a review request for someone else only if you have authority to represent them. Knowing an artist is not the same as having authority to claim for them.

No. Do not share passwords, bank details or tax records in this form. Any relevant export should be provided through an agreed secure process.

We do not promise a turnaround or payment date. Timings depend on the catalogue, evidence required and the relevant organisation’s process.

That is a valid outcome. A review should explain what was checked and what remains unknown rather than manufacture a recovery opportunity.
