A SECOND LOOK. A FAIR SPLIT.

We take 20%.
You keep 80%.

Of money you didn’t know you were owed. Our success fee applies to previously unpaid royalties actually recovered through our agreed work—not an estimate on a screen.

RECOVERY-BASED FEE

Your music.
Your majority.

80%You keep
20%Our fee

Our fee is earned on money actually recovered through our work. If we don’t recover any money for you, you don’t pay. No upfront fee and no charge for an unsuccessful review. Existing royalty income is outside this offer.

No VAT is added to our 20% fee. You keep the remaining 80% of money recovered.

Discuss your catalogue ↗

Any agreement should make clear:

  1. The exact catalogue and periodWhich recordings, works, countries and historic payments the review covers.
  2. The charging basisThe 20% recovery fee, with no VAT added, and when it becomes payable. No fee is due simply for submitting this enquiry.
  3. What counts as a recoveryPreviously unpaid royalties actually received through our agreed recovery work. Not estimated balances, existing payments or an automatic share of future royalties.
  4. Your authority and choicesWho can submit claims, how you approve them and how the arrangement can end.

You can approach societies directly.

Our proposed value is research, organisation and follow-up. We do not claim that you must use an intermediary to receive royalties. Any representative arrangement must be agreed by you.
