What we collect

Our enquiry form asks for your artist name, contact name and email address, with optional music links. We also record your permission declaration, an enquiry reference and submission time. No passwords, bank details, private statements or document uploads are requested.

Why we use it

We use these details to assess your request and contact you about a possible royalty review. We do not add you to a marketing list or sell your information. An enquiry does not authorise a claim, fee or transfer of rights. Any further work is agreed separately.

Storage and notifications

Enquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare database. A notification containing the enquiry is sent to our operator’s Microsoft Outlook mailbox. Access is restricted through our service accounts, not a publicly accessible artist list. Cloudflare and Microsoft process information to provide these services; processing may take place outside your country.

How long we keep it

Initial enquiries are automatically removed from the website database after 90 days. Email copies and correspondence are handled separately: we review them and remove them when no longer needed for the enquiry. If we agree to work together, we explain the records needed for that work separately.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry, or ask us not to contact you further, using the address above. You may also raise privacy concerns with your local data-protection authority. We may need to confirm your identity before releasing personal information.

Website security and hosting

Cloudflare receives normal connection information to serve and protect the website. We use a temporary hashed connection identifier to limit repeated submissions; it is not stored in your enquiry and is removed after expiry.
